The taste is good. I would like it better if the chorizo was firm in texture. As is the firmness is similar to a longanissa instead of a real chorizo. Just my take. Thanks.

Sonsi's Lucban Longganiza is so far from the real deal. It is not as garlicky and it is missing its signature taste. I think they missed an ingredient or 2.
I am from Quezon and I grew up having the best Lucban Longganizas there are.
Of all the products of Timplado, this is my ultimate favorite. The pork slices are generous and tender. I love that it's salty and not the usual sweet tapa.
It’s so delicious and exactly how longganiza should be prepared. So easy to prepare and cooks in minutes. It’s become a breakfast staple in our home. ☺️
