Used for Pasta Sauce Instead
I thought it would be like the small breakfast sausages that I’m
used to. But it was so big, needed to be simmered & tasted different from the usual small breakfast sausage.
I used it for my pasta sauce though and the result was great. The sausage is like the italian sausages that you have to remove from it’s skin & separate into chunks & use in sauces or use as topping on pizza.
Wow...we've tried the chicken and pork tocino and longganisa. We still have the naked chorizo to try. So far everything we've tried is delicious. Definitely will order again. Thank you.
