I ordered different types, and i don't exactly know which ones the cook dishes out, but so far the fam likes all of the longganisa's served. I found the alaminos longganisa having less fat than what i usually get from pangasinan

Yummy chix longganisa

I like it very much that’s why I reordered.

I felt chix Tomino was too fatty. I like the skinless chix longganisa.

The Sampler is good and easy to cook.

I like best the Alaminos and Lucban variety. The Alaminos is a little bit lacking in meatiness.

Too salty, pork is hard to chew.
