This Longganisa Recado from Cabanatuan is intensely garlicky. You'll know it the moment you smell it. It also has cracked, black pepper so it's also a tad bit spicy.

Im not sure but seems it taste a bit different from the cabanatuan longanisa (Recado). Do you have your own production here in manila, or you are importing directly from cabanatuan?
