I ordered different kinds of longanisa from Timplado but the Calumpit ones were the best! Perfect blend of garlic and spices, without any overpowering taste or smell. Enjoyed best with rice, eggs and coffee!
Love this Calumpit longganiza! I'm never fond of sweet longganiza. The garlic low salt flavor of Calumpit longganiza tastes perfect for me and reminds me of the real traditional calumpit longganiza when I was younger... pure meat, salt, garlic flavor and no chemicals like salitre or red powder. My only suggestion to SONSI is to be more ecologically conscious. Why do you wrap your products in thick double plastic which becomes a garbage problem! One plastic wrapping suffices like the other longganiza products from other producers that I've ordered. I hope you please be more conscious of your plastic packaging use.
I liked the Calumpit longganisa. It was not so garlicky. It did not give you the garlic breath. An d the balance of seasonings was just great.
Love this variety of Longganisa since I love garlic and I love combining it with fried rice and eggs.
