Inspired by the world-renowned English-Irish Bangers, this savoury fare is good for all day, everyday.
I thought it would be like the small breakfast sausages that I’m
used to. But it was so big, needed to be simmered & tasted different from the usual small breakfast sausage.
I used it for my pasta sauce though and the result was great. The sausage is like the italian sausages that you have to remove from it’s skin & separate into chunks & use in sauces or use as topping on pizza.
