The Binabad is a delicacy from Cabanatuan. It is their "Pork Tapa," distinctly orange because it is "binabad" in atsuete.

It is salty and flavorful. Masarap pang-almusal, pananghalian o pang-hapunan!

Of all the products of Timplado, this is my ultimate favorite. The pork slices are generous and tender. I love that it's salty and not the usual sweet tapa.

Hi - may I give an over-all review, not about the tocino but about the longanisa?
I notice all the kinds we’ve ordered with the exception of the Cebu ones, have small bones. Its often made me consider whether I should continue ordering, but we always hope that its just those batches and new ones will be better, but still the small bones come up again.
