Light and crispy Bagnet prepared and cooked the traditional Ilokano way by an honest-to-goodness Ilokano.
This tub of lovely pork goodness comes ready-to-refry in just a minute or so. It pairs perfectly with the traditional sawsawan of Bagoong Isda with freshly chopped tomatoes, onions, and spring onions. Good for 2.
Be sure to have a tub or two in your freezer to satisfy those sudden cravings!
The bagnet was great tasting when cooked on the air fryer.
These are not authentic bagnet. Its more like lechon kawali. My mom is from the ilocos region & weve had bagnet so many times growing up. Its cooked differently & taste is distinctive & distinguishable. I agree serving size is small.
