I ordered different types, and i don't exactly know which ones the cook dishes out, but so far the fam likes all of the longganisa's served. I found the alaminos longganisa having less fat than what i usually get from pangasinan

I love the tuguegarao longganisa because it has the right flavor. When I want to make it a little garlicky, I mix it in with some calumpit longganisa. Great combo!
