As if Embutido weren't special enough, Ereñeta-Manaloto decided to stuff theirs with whole premium smoked chorizos.

Augh. Simply too good to miss.

Available in Recado (savory) and Hamonado (sweet). Each loaf is 350g and is good for 2-3 pax.

It was flavorful. Could have been better if there were raisins (didn't see nor taste any).

The Smoked Chorizo Embutido was tasty and different from the usual embutido. It is something which my family wouldn’t want to eat everyday, though. I think a smaller size will eliminate the “sawa” factor.

Tastes a bit different from Cabanatuan longanisa

Im not sure but seems it taste a bit different from the cabanatuan longanisa (Recado). Do you have your own production here in manila, or you are importing directly from cabanatuan?

Not so great

The meat itself and thickness of the slices were more than OK. But we didn’t quite like the flavor/ taste of its smoky flavor. Hence the average 3-star rating.

I do not remember which one was from Tuguegarao but I enjoyed having a different f"lavor "every morning for 4 consecutive days,
