It was flavorful. Could have been better if there were raisins (didn't see nor taste any).

The Smoked Chorizo Embutido was tasty and different from the usual embutido. It is something which my family wouldn’t want to eat everyday, though. I think a smaller size will eliminate the “sawa” factor.
