This particular kind from Vigan, Ilocos is garlicky, salty, and a bit sour because of the Sukang Iloko used to make it. It's probably the most well-known variant, which comes as no surprise as it really is quite tasty and delicious!
SONSI Vigan comes in 250g packs with around 12 pieces per pack.
