Used for Pasta Sauce Instead
I thought it would be like the small breakfast sausages that I’m
used to. But it was so big, needed to be simmered & tasted different from the usual small breakfast sausage.
I used it for my pasta sauce though and the result was great. The sausage is like the italian sausages that you have to remove from it’s skin & separate into chunks & use in sauces or use as topping on pizza.
I love the tuguegarao longganisa because it has the right flavor. When I want to make it a little garlicky, I mix it in with some calumpit longganisa. Great combo!
