Hi - may I give an over-all review, not about the tocino but about the longanisa?
I notice all the kinds we’ve ordered with the exception of the Cebu ones, have small bones. Its often made me consider whether I should continue ordering, but we always hope that its just those batches and new ones will be better, but still the small bones come up again.
