Not even near Ng expectations!

Used for Pasta Sauce Instead

I thought it would be like the small breakfast sausages that I’m
used to. But it was so big, needed to be simmered & tasted different from the usual small breakfast sausage.

I used it for my pasta sauce though and the result was great. The sausage is like the italian sausages that you have to remove from it’s skin & separate into chunks & use in sauces or use as topping on pizza.

Great food as always. Will order again soon.

Tastes a bit different from Cabanatuan longanisa

Im not sure but seems it taste a bit different from the cabanatuan longanisa (Recado). Do you have your own production here in manila, or you are importing directly from cabanatuan?

Not so great

The meat itself and thickness of the slices were more than OK. But we didn’t quite like the flavor/ taste of its smoky flavor. Hence the average 3-star rating.

I do not remember which one was from Tuguegarao but I enjoyed having a different f"lavor "every morning for 4 consecutive days,
