Im not sure but seems it taste a bit different from the cabanatuan longanisa (Recado). Do you have your own production here in manila, or you are importing directly from cabanatuan?
The meat itself and thickness of the slices were more than OK. But we didn’t quite like the flavor/ taste of its smoky flavor. Hence the average 3-star rating.
